I was roughing with lybushkin then all of a sudden he disappeared" as Perry pulled it out of the pile lol
Doosher.
That line was awesome
I hope he took Zegras mom back to the hotel after the game.
In his prime he was one of the best offensive players ???🙄🙄🙄🙄
As an Oilers fan I used to scream at the TV with impotent rage when Perry would do this to us. As soon as they said he was signed this is what I envisioned.
What a beauty.
I find it completely hard to believe that it wasn’t seen
He really doesn’t wanna pull this shit against a team like Vegas
Thanks!
Same for the Rams at SOFI. Who doesn't want to get out GB in Dec.
Maybe gibson should have had better control of his stick and a better hold.
If I was a referee, there are several players I would watch like a hawk. Perry, Merchant, tkachuk's, they'd spend the game in the penalty box.
Stick side lmao off that was top shelf son
He’s a worm but he’s our worm now.
Perry hit Gibson's stick on the blade/toe area which Gibson wasn't expecting, pushing the stick horizontal with ice. Could have been called if he hit the gloves.
Perry, Draisaitl, Kane was pretty good last night. Kane was somewhat effective in clearing a lane for McDavid on the Hyman goal. When Kane's healthy he's a beast. Now that he's getting his hands back He's playing with more confidence.
What's not to love or hate because you're scared shitless about McDavid, RNH, Hyman?
Hyman understands the assignment, got to net with stick on ice and Connor will deflect the puck off of stick or shinpads to score goal.
no shock, the NHL has had corrupt refs since forever, and a clear bias for the Oilers since #99
Refs missed that Perry slash. Why?
We all made sure the refs heard about it, but we got away with one with the McDavid penalty. Silfverberg did it first, McDavid got caught retaliating. It was a fun game to attend with the packed $5 Friday. Ducks looked great for 45 minutes of hockey for the first time since Perry and Kesler were on the team.
If the goalie can't hold onto to his stick when playing the puck outside his crease, well tough luck don't leave your crease.
Yup, the only way thugboy Kane can score is against a goalie's stick side, who doesn't have his stick
So in other words, Corey Perry is STILL a douchebag
The ducks came to play. The Oilers needed Pickard to come up with some big saves.
