That Ridley slapshot empty net goal was a giant middle finger to the Leafs and I absolutely love it! Great way to end the final game against them for this season! Reilly's hit was complete BS no reason for him to do that. It's not like Greig did a dirty hit on him or any of his other teammates he was just putting the puck in the empty net in a hilarious way to end the game. GSG! Both these commentators are such leafs fans listen to them lol

I dare any Leafs fan to defend what Rielly did because I will rip them to shreds with a long history of apathetic behavior during the Core 4 era. To suddenly care now over a slapshot is pathetic. The offside should definitely invalidate the goal, but the Leafs should have still received a power play. That tripping penalty should be treated the same as any other penalty taken after a whistle.

I find the obvious is sometimes overlooked. Because of the stupidity of Shanahan and Dubas, combined with the greed of the core 4, they are getting what they deserve. No secondary scoring, good dmen and goaltending. So because this rotten spoiled bunch wanted every damn cent they might not even make the playoffs! And will get worse next year because you damn well know Shanahan, who should have been fired THREE YEARS AGO will give MM whatever the hell he wants, thus cementing an already overpaid core 4 with ZERO rest of the team solidifying no playoffs or first round exists for the remainder of this core.
