We're back as in a win but we're not back playing better. I still have the same concerns I had before this game started. Definitely lucky to win and happy about the result but not a lot else honestly.

I thought the Canucks played a good game today. I saw your reaction to the Detroit game. I was devastated after getting embarrassed by the Bruins so the players must have been a bit of shock too. Detroit is a good team, #7 in THG Power Rankings this week, at home, driving for a playoff spot, so a point against them is no shame. Consider other top teams are hitting a wall lately, this is a pretty good situation, with a win against the Hawks they can bag 7/10 points on this trip, not too shabby! 👍 I get the feeling you're like me Deaner, your mood is dictated by how well the Canucks are playing. Not fair to say McMichael gave it away. When I watched it in real time I could see what he was trying to do, but the other Caps player missed it. It could have gone back the other way if that pass was completed, but it was not a give away. A missed pass maybe.
powerplay needs to get going. Lindholm was advertised as a 2 way forward but so far hes not playing very well defensively. its early tho, lets see what happens but the nucks need some structure again
