#Oilers d’Edmonton #Oilers #NHL #LAKings #GoldenKnights

  1. This team has now turned the best scoring in the world into a checker ,lol Enjoy NOW Edmonton because your time with him in your lineup is ticking . They never did this to Gretzky and they won four cups with him .

  2. I hope the downfall isn't going to be the mixing of the d – men. Not sure why he did that. I said that before the Anaheim game.
Even saying that, 97 & 29 will drag them back into the fight. I have full confidence.

  3. And I need too say the Captain looked really off. Hiss passes and puck handling was way off. Maybe the ice condition had something to do with it

  4. Does it seem like there are a lot of OILERS that are all to happy to slack a bit. Maybe it s watching Bouchard … but there seems to always be several guys that are happy to coast/ not go full out – compete to win. Team has been great – but hard to see them actually winning when have 3 soft games in a row… feel kind of bad for Perry as he is looking like the best player on the ice… when mayb he should have gone to a team that is really trying hard.

  5. Close only counts in horseshoes and hand granades.
D pairings sucked, Mc D was buzzing but Hyman and RNH were off, 2nd line looks like a playoff line, 3rd and 4th lines had no impact .
Oilers got out muscled and hustled causing chances going the other way, same thing as in Vegas. We got out goalied a bit both times too.
I hope this is a good wake up slap and not a trend because getting beat by our playoff rivals sucks.

  6. stick with it boys! these are lessons learned Teflon Perry leading the Oil to the promise land, Oilers will get the bounces! Love the goatee Brother!

  7. Moving forward, start treating each regular season game as if it was Game 7 in a playoff series. The team that wants the win more will do whatever it takes to win. Oilers have 7 more back-to-backs between now and the end of the regular season, and a lot of 2 in 3, 3 in 4, 3 in 5, 4 in 6, etc. Rest of the season is going to test them both physically and mentally.

  8. they played bad but the lack of sniping is something tho other than the 2 kane hatty goals i cant remember a snipers type goal

  9. When former NHL player's talk & give their observations do ya take note what they're saying? Case in point Kevin Bieska saying that the Oilers need to keep mixing things up because other teams are scouting your last 3 games you tend to notice the patterns & trends in your own team's game & opponents. For example have you noticed how many times lately in games the pattern where there is more individual play? Oiler players entering into the opposition zone with the puck with support more often than not try to make the play by themselves & not passing or over passing as they were oftened criticized. Notice how many times lately the opposition would pressure the puck carrier either with 1 & then 2 or 3 players would support the first forechecker? I've seen a lot of offensive rushes die lately before they had time to develop & set up a good scoring chance. They need to mix it up & be unpredictable . 2nd observation this tendency to give the puck to McDavid & let him skate circles around everyone & everything meanwhile all the Oiler players have stopped moving their feet & are standing around either watching him or waiting for him to pass it to them. The other teams see this so if & when the puck does get passed to another Oiler standing still the opposition has seen this & have already anticipated this closing the gap & rushing the play or tied up the player or puck or intercepted.😢

  10. This was an October effort all over again. The stat that shows the type of game they played is the number of blocked shots, they had a whole 5!
Adapt yes, I think it is a team gripe against the line changes. By the way… why did Knob change the lines?

  11. Third period there wasn’t a whistle until 12-14 mins left then kings scored so there was 12 mins left down by two instead of the oil getting the first one in that period and only being down one with half the period over already. Really unlucky and they were buzzin in the other side so yea gotta get pissed about this for the future.

  12. Well said Tyson I agree with you 100 percent on your take. One team played playoff hockey one didn’t.

  13. I think its time to send Derek Ryan and Mathias to condors and get Lavoie and malone bcoz oilers are too soft to play against

  14. Old man Tyson knows the score. Oilers need to get back to their simple game. Skate and make plays.

  15. how does a team addopt to a league that does nmot want the oilers to do anything good . what i mean about that is fighting the league and the refs. when you have to fight against the hooking slashing tackeling interference and called back goals . the league has had it against the oilers since that oiler stanley cup run in 2006. getting tired of watching their games and watching a rugby game ..keep up the great work bettman i am sure there will not be any cups won in canada for a long while

  16. The losses to VGK and LAK show EDM is still missing "something" to get to the next level.

  17. It's too bad they played Anaheim that let the Oilers easily come back to win., as we knew they would and I think so did the Ducks, and their faithful who had to share half the Arena with Oil fans. I don't think it was a heart and soul performance for either.

  18. Vegas didnt do shit it was hill ho was standing on his head but the game against LA was 1 of the worst performens thst edmonton have been doing this season i cant remember the last time when oilers didnt score 1 goal lloolll time 2 step up again
