Before that, Alex Meruelo will have to sell the Coyotes and their AHL affiliate Tucson Roadrunners to a Phoenix-based group headed by Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury owners Mat and Justin Ishbia for $1.75 billion.

Taint happening, if they buy the land which is a hell of a distance from where PHX people live, the county has to form a stadium district in order to add a special sales tax to build this arena.
