Probably means either Edström is staying, or an impending trade

Is that Vladdy daddy I hear?

I hope he doesn’t get claimed though.

My dog is addicted to licking my fiancés and I’s armpits. We do not let him because it’s gross, but he tries hard anyways. We always joked that his favorite player would probably be Pitlick. That is about the only analysis I have on him as a player during his time here.

That’s interesting. Edstrom has been fine but it’s a weird gamble to bet on an unheralded 2 game rookie to keep up his play into the playoffs potentially. Pitlick’s been fine too, it’s not like he’s Goodrow out there.
Guess there’s a trade in the works? That wouldn’t really necessitate Pitlick being waived though, unless we’re bringing in multiple players or doing some cap shenanigans. We’d need to ship salary out though to get out of LTIR.

Please let it be Tarasenko.

I have basically no opinion on this move in a vacuum. It does make one wonder what else is in the works, though.

Thank you for your service, Pitter.

Potter’s been a good 4th liner for us; so this makes me think they’re trading for someone like Vladdy, Vatrano or Duclair and plan on moving Wheeler to the 4th line. Otherwise this move makes no sense since depth is the one thing we have barely any of lol

I like this- get some kid energy to make sure the vets don’t get too complacent

I’m likely drinking some copium because I HATE Chris Drury. But I don’t necessarily see Pitlick and Bonino as failures. They were bargain bin players and it did give time for Johnny B and possibly Edstrom to get major minutes in Hartford versus being 13th/14th forwards here in New York.

Oh boy looks like Drury has started the cook.

Omg no, they’re culling this week 😢

What could it MEANNNN????????

Not sure what kind of impact this could make on an impeding trade—he’s on a league minimum, 1-year deal, so it’s not like we’re clearing extra money for a deal. Freeing up a roster spot? But that wasn’t necessary, either, since Rempe was sent down earlier in the day, so we could afford to take on another NHL contract.
