They badly outshot the Blues also, multiple breakaways. I know many people will disagree with me but a Leafs team without Tavares I mean they never sign him and so those contracts of the young guns would not be as rich or if they didn’t like the offer of Lou ( in this alternate universe Lou stayed with Toronto, hence a more sensible cap situation and a balanced team that was built for the playoffs and oh yeah and Sorokin was on the Leafs! And multiple playoff runs, a Finals appearance ( they lost but under Dubas his giving 4 players half the money well we all know that hasn’t worked. Other Cup contenders and winners nobody has built a team like the Leafs. This lunch pail kinda guys tonight was sweet to see!!
