I WASN’T EVEN ABLE TO WATCH THE GAME. WE FINALLY SCORE ON THE POWER PLAY, JACK DOES THE JACK HUGHES GOAL (aka his signature), AND I MISSED A DAWSON GOAL AGAIN (when he scored against Colorado, my TV froze so I missed the entire goal), WE PLAYED A DEFENSIVE GAME, SCORED FIRST, WEREN’T THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE TOO MANY MEN ON THE ICE PENALTY, AND ONE LET IN ONE GOAL??? DEVILS HOCKEY??? HELLO?????? (I’m freaking out omg help lol
Missed the game as well, but highlights looked very solid. Daws first save in 2nd a b-way, exactly what this team needs! Daws and Schmid lets try it

Solid game tonight except for the last 10 minutes of the 3rd. Not that they played bad in the last 10 minutes, but it seemed like they allowed Seattles forecheck to get going.
It was nice to see a PP goal. 1/5 is better than 0/29, lol.
Anyway, I’m flying up Thursday and will be at the Kings and Stadium Series games. Also going to the Lazar and Bahl signings. Going to get my Lazar game used jersey signed from last years playoffs. Going to be a fun weekend back at home 🙂

Seatlle was awful. 1 goal conceded although it should have been the 1st SO of the season. Very weak goal by Daws. Much worse that Vitek's against Tampa. PP is still dead. Toffoli's PP goal was a lucky deflection. Same old problem of burying the chances. Players simply cannot execute!!! Philly continues to win. At least we didnt lose ground on them))

Hesitant to say we're back? With how this team is, absolutely. Hopeful that we can still get things going and save this season? Absolutely. Nice to not be sweating my ass off all game.
Not saying I'm happy that V is sick/injured, but I'm excited to give Daws the net while V is away and to see our hero "Stone Cold" Schmid in a Devils jersey once again, even if he doesn't get a start and has reportedly been stinking up Utica. Anyways, our stars got some points, Hatakka from my memory had a great game, and between the goaltending versus Carolina and offense tonight, let's keep this energy running into Nashville and Metlife!
Thats one hell of a win for the boys, what a performance and a great way to build off of last game. Lets win a back to back huh?

The way that everyone is talking about this game, including Lindy Ruff, and the players, is that they think this was a solid game. I cannot be the only one that thinks otherwise. We played about 35 minutes of good hockey, the first five minutes of the game we were getting dominated, and then the end of the second period and a big portion of the third Period. Seattle is not a good team, but we let them hang around. If this team wants to be serious, they should be talking about all of the stuff they need to clean up instead of having the mindset that they have “arrived”
I agree with Timo Meyer, we need to be getting him more playing time, it is ridiculous that he is on our third line and second power-play unit this team will only go as far as we allow Temo to go, so we need to start letting him Get more playing time
i hope we change the trend of back to backs im tired of seeing that stats (I'll be in attendance so the result will hit harder) but very proud of the effort against kraken they came in played like they wanted and were going to win. being healthy helps too so hopefully we keep it going now 🤞🏼
Honestly, all pretty solid efforts since the all-star break, just some bad goaltending against Calgary. The simplified D system they're playing now is working for them.
I'm with you, I hope it's Daws. Hope they can win a b2b for a change. I think Tampa is also vulnerable for that last wild card spot – they've played more games then just about everyone, Sergachev went down, and Vasy hasn't been lights out as of late. There's hope if we can rack up five or six straight.
If you actually look at each game since break its really not been too bad..the Calgary game yea wasnt good but at least we kept crawling back after letting up a goal

Best game Meier has played all season. Hattaka is by far the best defenseman on the ice which is mind-blowing. But let's pump the brakes Seattle is not good right now. Not getting excited even if they make the playoffs unless they'd draw the Rangers. Teams like Boston and Carolina OWN US. A series versus those teams would be a sweep.
Was at the game and they looked really good all around. This was the rare game where they were in control the entire game.
Also, Nemo is a beast. That blast that was called back was a thing of beauty. Probably would’ve gone in even without the “interference.” That’s looking like a home run pick!
Wanna see Devs go out and get Saros and Hanifin and make a run here. Let’s go!
