Brutal. Another good-not-great team has their superstar pile up the points to carry their team past us.
Matthews, Pastrnak, Mackinnon, McDavid, Kucherov all absolutely manhandling the Flyers in their games this year.
As Keith Jones said a month ago: looking for guys like this is the entire reason we’re rebuilding in the first place

I have a solution, lets not name anyone captain and lets role without a captain. In Philly tradition any special event is usually ruined by the team choking it away.

I’m not happy it happened against us, but that was a pretty cool hat trick.
We too often let ourselves get absolutely Peepee slapped by star players. Like, no off games against us. I know Matthews is good, but you 100 percent cannot let 1 guy dick you down that hard for a whole period. Still got a chance to take a point or 2 here, but christ.
