Overall good effort. Great play by Daws! Jack needs to rein it in and stay focused. To the eye test, Luke did not have a great game, but otherwise our defensive efforts are continuing to be strong overall.

Losses hurt a lot more when we’re so close, but I wanted us to win 2/3 games this week plus the stadium series and we’re still on track to do that.

7 out of 12 possible points since the all star break. Unfortunately that pace is not going to cut it considering the hole we put ourselves in. At some we need to fire off a 4-5 game win streak to close some ground. Hopefully that streak starts Saturday.

Detroit lost !!!!, rangers did win but i don’t we are catching them any time soon, hopefully boys can pull a good two points on Saturday and really hoping Carolina loses tonight also it looks like a by week for the Islanders so if we jump the gun on points the next two games we can set ourselves up nice for the last quarter of the regular season
I would like to see Luke moved from PP1 to either team2 or off completely. He’s got a lot of flair up on the line which they don’t need considering our top talent is on the ice we don’t need more fancy stuff going on. We need a puck mover and a strong shot.
Man, that game would have been different if Jack had put the rebound into that wide open goal after his breakaway. Emotionally, score-wise, everything.
I can’t find a single clip of the Arvidsson elbow meanwhile there’s 100 posts about Jack’s “whiny” “cocky” attitude. I really hate being a fan of this sport sometimes.
Lack of execution on the PP and late penalties got us.
Jack does need to control his emotions a little, or people will keep targeting him. Dirty hits or not
