IF Sidney Crosby would wanted to be traded I think there is only 1 team. Colorado to play with MacKinnon.
why did pens touch karlsson ? tochet expirence as a player ,playing with worlds best and comuniciation with the team is key Crosby leafs Flames got vladare Did u see the goals wolf let in ?
Trifecta! Sekeres, Price and Serravali.
DO NOT overpay for bottom 6 players like Joshua. We have young players like Pod, Bains, Karlsson and can sign FA. We need to resign Pety,Lindholm,Hronek,Zadorov and then build around that with young players
I could see Crosby in either Colorado or Edmonton. But he could also go to Montreal. They would probably have the biggest package of young players, picks and prospects to get the deal done. Probably would take multiple firsts, and multiple top prospects and a high end roster player
I don't think Guentzel is going anywhere, for one simple reason: Sidney Crosby. If Sid is coming back next year, he's going to want to play for a competitive team and not one rebuilding. Without Guentzel, the challenge to make the Penguins a playoff team next season would be almost futile. Crosby won't be up for that and I don't see him playing for a team other than Pittsburgh. It's possible that Pittsburgh trades him as a rental, meaning there's an understanding between playing, agent and Pittsburgh management that he'd spend the playoffs with another team and then the Pens would bring him back in the offseason. I believe St Louis did that one year with Keith Tkachuk. They got a nice haul that included a 1st round pick, and then they brought him back after June.
the last part of the schedule has the Canucks playing far more of the better teams than the first 50 games or so. I assume this is the NHL wanting to pack more divisional/conference games in the end part of the season for dramas sake.
