They lost two of three to two of the top teams (and the two best offenses) in the league. That's just fine and brings no worries here. If they start losing two out of three to San Jose and Chicago then maybe we need to worry a little. Go WIngs.
Beat some top tier teams. Always talking about getting points from non playoff teams. 2 losses to Edmonton, Vancouver, Dallas, Carolina. The occasional win against a good team isnt good enough. No need to worry though. Theres some 5th round 4th liners ready for the lineup and SY will go out and sign a bunch of over the hill 40 year olds
Where would the Wings be right now if Berggren were in the lineup instead of Perron. And Soderblum instead of Kostin. Both would most likely have produced more. It would be nice if they made these moves.
Steve mentioned early this season that he wanted GR to make the playoffs this season. If anything, we may see a couple of red wings in GR at the end of the season.
