   This logjam in the D prospect pool is getting really spicy with Hutson, Mailloux and Reinbacher all expected to be NHL level players, and the majority of the D players in the big club still being mostly promising prospects. A trade has to happen sooner or later to make room for these guys or get some legitimate offensive prospects instead. Going to miss whoever they decide has to go.

   Good for Mailloux, he looks like with some D polish he oculd be a goood top 4 dman. We have a ton of D prospects, but we may need a true number 1. I don’t really see one yet.

   Not trying to lower the hype but some other D are close in less games (Zellweger, Clark)

   It’s really good considering he has the same development curve that Brandt Clarke has, offensively speaking.

   Clarke was drafted #8 in Mailloux’s draft. Mailloux being even bigger the Clarke is. Clarke is much better in his own zone tho…

   God I hope Mailloux can improve his defensive game. If he does, he can be a huge piece of our defense.
