Gudas found a way to offend: the Leafs, PETA, the institution of math, Brett Lebda, the cut line at the Genesis Invitational, Graham Norton, his teammates, and the entire history of the Ducks organization all in one day. Charlie Conway would never. KENNY WOO WOULD NEVER!
Gudas should have put on the mascot costume the way he was Duckin’ Reavo.
I don’t want to look too far into it given the team in question, but it really felt like for the first time in a long time the coaches actually had them attacking a specific player. That’s something that has frustrated me about the team come playoffs, not enough focus on exposing weak links. They had Gudas running around in circles, and just playing stupid hockey. Maybe we’re seeing an evolution of the entire team after Morgan galvanized the group.
