Dach participating in the scout meetings could be a step to completing the second line. With Dach leading the second line he’d best know the needs of how to improve his line.

But but the reddit GMs are telling me his development is shot and he is shitty now!! ![img](emote|t5_2r10m|21702)

I really love this. Great on the org for providing Dach ways to not only stay engaged, but to take the time to evaluate the game from different angles. It’s awesome seeing Dach use this as an opportunity to improve during a time where it’s easy to believe you’re just stuck.
I’m continually impressed with this organization, as well as the players. The injuries have sucked, big time, and I’m excited to one day start competing for real. But this rebuild has been fun to experience, nonetheless.

Two years. Give it two years with the proper outside talent brought in and this team is a serious threat.

Unfortunately, Dach has been injured for a bit over 40% of games in his 5 seasons in the NHL. And as we know, the greatest predictor for future injury is past injury, compound that with age, and it might never pan out for Kirby Dach here in Montreal or anywhere for that matter. Hope for the best, but he’s genuinely injury prone and I’d be more pessimistic on him than anything.
