Brzustewicz picking it up after some off-games. Seems he had some really profound losses in his personal life so no criticism here from me – I think this kid is an absolute stud who will be on our PP after a season in the AHL. So stoked for him.

Suniev is so sick – I know he needs at least one more year in college but god I’d love to see him go pro soon.

I also wonder what we do with Honzek and Lipinski next year. IIRC both are eligible for the A. Wranglers are gonna need bodies next year – and it seems like the flames are taking a more hands-on approach to development so would probably like to have them in Calgary.

Also IMO stromgren is gonna have a great season next year. Finishing strong in the A and getting stronger in the off-season will be great for him.

Patience is going to be needed for this franchise the next few years.  Fanbase is going to want the kids coming up early because they are unhappy with the results.  Fact of the matter is the average player is going to take 3 or 4 years of development minimum be they are ready to break in and be an everyday player.  When you rush guys it can ruin them or hurt their development

Exactly don’t follow the path of the oilers. They improperly developed a lot of players. With the amount of top first round players they have got over the last 10 -12 years they should have won at least 1 cup
