  1. Fucking embarrassing, Hronek has been horrific

  2. NipNapAttack

Generate shots, get rebounds & deflections. The making them move out of position bullshit isn’t working.

  3. dwaynebigd

Canucks PP trying their best to score without shooting the puck

  4. Financial_Design_801

Geez we can learn from Tampa

  5. dustinjamesmose

Honestly I’m losing my mind watch this. So much talent but no effort

  6. Ok_Artichoke_2804

How are they unable to score on power play when they have Sedins as their special team coaching?! The pros at power play scoring?!

    They can score 5 v 5.. but 5 v 4… they struggle?! How?!

  7. thebeek5315

Yea this is pathetic. Our power play is way too predictable.

  8. PhraseSubject

this team just doesn’t want it tonight, someone needs to step the fuck up,
tocc running PP1 and it shows🤮

  9. WingdingsLover

Hey they haven’t had a shorthanded goal scored against them in the last couple games though so that is an improvement.

  10. Hopefullyarealhuman

I just wanna see them shoot. Shoot anything. These passes are killing me. Pass pass pass lose puck, chase puck, set up again, pass pass PP over. Repeat.

  11. TheFrozenCanadianGuy

Tocchet needs to hire a pp coach.

  12. Collapse2038

It’s like Blue Jays with runners in scoring position…

  13. No-Mastodon6734

This team is so frustrating right now. I really hope this is a slump and not what we actually are

  14. dbainerr

It’s just a ‘who can take the hottest pass competition’ at this point

  15. Cautious-Asparagus61

It’s like they’re allergic to putting the god damn puck towards the net on the power play. Passing to infinity even when it’s not there. Like just SHOOT THE DAMN PUCK TOWARDS THE GOAL.

I’d love to know their shots/pp ratio because I’d almost be willing to put money on it being <1 for a good number of games

  16. keereeyos

This team cycles better 5v5 than on the powerplay lol. Zero movement, few shots, just passing around the perimeter. It’s extremely puzzling and frustrating watching them waste 2 minutes every time.

  17. socialcocoon

It has been a bit of a tough stretch. 8 of their last 10 on the road, 2 B2B, no extra days off. They get a bit of a breather next week but Bruins, Penguins, and Kings are up next.

    « I’ll try passing! That’s a neat trick! »

  19. ToyStrecher

I’ve been saying the Canucks PP needs a whole rework since the beginning of the year, and gotten shit for it. I don’t care how good we were 5on5 from Oct-Jan. Slow, predictable, perimeter passing is never gonna make a dangerous PP and bail us out of a difficult game. Just watch the Avs, Leafs, Oilers PP. It could turn around a whole game or series based on how they attack the net. Our endless carousel of passing outside and inability to engage down low and create a cross seam or draw bodies is getting tiring. We have the tools to be better, I just don’t see any proper planning to address it.

  20. I dont understand why Hronek was on blue and Quinn on left, like you have Hronek who has hard shot and is right hand so you can just have him on left have Quinn load him passes and he can at least break someones ankle to make it temp 5v3 if shot wont go through to the net. Same with EP I know he has been strugling, but he has hell of a slapper so just let shifty guy like Quinn do the puck handling maybe sometimes switch with Filip to mix it up and let those 2 bazooka shoot the net. And have Brock in front of the net with JT or Lindholm for rebounds

  21. AccomplishedAd4995

tocchet about the PP: “talent doesn’t do anything if you don’t work hard… and we’re not working hard”

  22. Spookedchicken

I really don’t get how a PP that has been average to top of the league for much of this season changes 1 guy (Kuz out, Lindholm in) and now it looks AHL caliber.
