Steve can we start talking about the leafs defense always looking better when Riley isn't in the lineup? I think Riley is a great player but seems like the rest of the defense steps up when he's out and relaxes when he's in.

Tavares literally lost every single board battle in that game yesterday. This whole take of he's strong on the puck needs to stop. He gives up the puck on the boards during power plays wayyyy more than anyone else on the team. Am I the only one who notices this?
I feel the pain!! My dog was sprayed at 3 AM just a couple months ago. I didn't have the luxury of being able to drive him to the vet cause I was out drinking that night. And what do you do at three AM when your dog is sprayed by a skunk? You cry in the shower while using every bottle of shampoo on your dog. And it does absolutely nothing!!😭 then you try to sleep with nose plugs in and deal with it in the morning:))))
I thought skunks were removed from the GTA in 1967? Maybe this is a sign? Fingers crossed!
My day wasn't quite as bad as yours by the sound of it, but I also wasn't very happy. Literally just as the puck was about to drop, my power went out. By the time I managed to get the game back on, Auston had already score #50. That's what I get for living in an area so heavily wooded that tree branches come down on power-lines on a weekly basis.
Our golden got sprayed last week 😭 it was a long night.
Bowls of vinegar in the house worked for the leftover smell.

Our boy got sprayed by a skunk last year. Almost smelled like diesel oil it was so concentrated.

Keefe was right, when the ref standing right next to Tavares said no penalty cause he can clearly see that his stick was nowhere near the player and the ref right the way down the ice who had no view at all decides to call it anyway even though he was told it wasn't a penalty that's because he's desperate to call anything on the leafs. That's corrupt officiating and it's making the NHL into a joke.

When the Leafs play at 100% or more, they can beat any team in the league. When they let up the slightest little bit & play at anything less than 100%, they are one of the worst teams in the league.

Sorry to hear about Iggy being sprayed by a skunk. Been there multiple times with my own dogs. If the smell is still there maybe try getting his fur cut. Sadly, the fur that was sprayed will lock that smell in no matter how many times he gets washed. That at least has always worked for my Cocker Spaniel. Anyway, great LFR can't wait to see the next one. 😁 Go Leafs Go!
