  1. there is a lack of trust because murelo and gutierrez do not state that an entertainment district is their #1 priority , not a hockey arena . they also never confront the fact that the 100 acre parcel in question currently has no road access in to the site, and as important if not more so is the fact that they have not spoken about how they will secure the water rights for the current and future needs of a project of this size ,as groundwater rights are mostly already contracted out, they need to speak about the length of time these things would normally take ,prior to any actual construction of the new arena. we are waiting for their answers to these important questions.
