Crazy game. I was just chilling watching the anthem and my gf told me the tire on our car is flat. Thought I should deal w it when I have some time, and drove during the first couple periods to the local pump to get some air. Checked my phone and this game is 2-0, get a text asking to pick up some food (we bought groceries to save money but whatever) and pulled in to a nearby by papa johns. By the time my pizza is in my hand the games 2-1, I rushed back home and this thing is all tied up?? Got to watch the ending w the fam and some pizza, weird thing is a pic of Marchand was floating around my toilet? I’ve seen worst tho, picked that sucker up and put it in the trash (where it belongs)
All in all great game and a good game

Just rewatched that OT and Lindholm made a huge defensive play a minute into OT where he foiled Marchand’s backdoor play to Pastrnak. What a pickup.
Happiest a win has made me in a while. I had to step away in the 3rd came back to a tie game in overtime just in time to see the winner
Absolutely huge win. I don’t care what anyone says that come back is so big for team confidence moving forward.

JT was a monster. He brought that energy and was physical. When your best player plays like that it does wonders. Zadorov was also extremely noticeable. Smooth skater for a big man with decent hands.
Calgary is already 2-0 up on Edm. This might shape up to be a great night in the standings

Knights lost in OT, Blues got hosed by Wings, and Flames up 2-0 already on the Oilers. This might turn out to be the best hockey Saturday in a while.
