Having a NHL team in your city is an absolute privilege, stop the finger pointing. Its laughable that your city can’t support a team as good as this one. The owners of your team could cash out tomorrow and make a massive profit and make another city so happy.

I’ve learned over my years being a Jets fan that no one hates the Winnipeg Jets more then their own reporters. This bunch is always glass half empty and would rather report on side shows rather than the hockey, and when they do talk about the hockey it’s typically what the Jets aren’t doing right rather than shining a light on any positive this team has. This comment does not include Huss though as Huss usually is a glass half full guy when it comes to the Jets which is a nice change of pace. I understand it’s a reporters job to ask the hard questions but it’s exhausting reading about attendance issues rather than the hockey game itself.

It would be nice to see our local media spend more time telling us how lucky we are to have a NHL instead of always tearing them down. It’s no wonder tickets sales are down. The ownership seemingly can’t do anything right. Go jets go!

I was on the wait-list for season tickets for many yrs. I NEVER received ANY love from the Jets organization during that time; no one contacted me except when it was time to renew, which I eventually quit doing because the organization didn't seem to give a shit. The attendance issues are multi-faceted but a lot of it is clearly due to Chipman's shitty attitude towards the fans.
