Seth Jones is one of the best defensemen in the league. Watch the game. He RARELY turns the puck over, but creates a lot of takeaways
All this worry about cap space in the future and max contracts… this is the worst team in the league and nobody has shown anything good yet except bedard. Kurashev 8 years? Korchinski? Getting ridiculous
I think Seth Jones is our best defenseman. He will be good over at least the next 4-5 years IMO. Leave him alone. Go Hawks!!
The argument that we cannot have Bedard and Kane and Kane would overshadow Bedard is ludicrous.
Retaining any money on a Jones trade is hilarious. Each team is allowed 3 contracts they can eat money on that theory of eating 2 million for 7 years? It's not even a justified trade option,

Good shots on goal???? He was looking down at the puck and literally shot that first shot right into the goalies crest! There was plenty of room upstairs and he literally shot at the Red Wings crest!

Sit there and tell me you’d rather have Seth jones out there trying to score a goal instead of Nick foligno, or Jason Dickinson, or Tyler Johnson so I can tell you how high you are.

Just checking in to see if you clowns still keep defending Jones and saying he’s a “good” NHL defenseman. So bizarre, all year these 3 have tried convincing themselves Jones doesn’t suck for whatever reason.
Multiple things can be true. Is the contract godawful? Yes. Was the trade horribly timed? Yes. Is he a very good (but not great) player? Yes. Is he good to have in the locker room? Yes.
