  1. Not really a tough day for his haters.. Anyone with eyes can see he floats for a month at a time and cannot be counted on. When the team plays well he plays AS WELL as the team. When the team struggles… He can't be counted on to pull the team out of the funk the way Miller cam be counted on. Now we've insured that we can NEVER trade him ever ( like OEL & Loungo ). Revall those contracts? Those panned out SO well. I hope I'm wrong.

  2. 🤯 Wow… I hoped for about 10 Mill… and convincing the kid that they can then re-up all the UFA's they've got this off-season, but… It's sure better than the 12.5 I was hearing bandied about, so… middle-ground, I guess, and can't complain too much (I just don't want to see Vancouver go the way of The Leaves salary structure). And I think with Miller making only 8 Mill per, team-wise, I don't know if it's fair, comparing their production / talent / impact. But… It is what it is, now. It's not going to be easy going for a championship signing players for this much though…

  3. He's really good, but 8 years is too long, not just him but all these hockey contracts for 8 years, noway, a lot changes in 3/4 years, it's a case of, hey, that guy got 8 so I want 8, now their all doing it.
