Martin Necas, Teuvo Teravainen et Sebastian Aho ont chacun marqué dans la seconde moitié de la deuxième période pour donner aux Canes une avance de 3-0 avant le 3e, mais le tir rapide de Kyle Connor juste à l’intérieur de la ligne bleue a surpris Pyotr Kochetkov 96 secondes dans la période et cela a suffi à perturber le gardien recrue des Canes. Truly a frustrating loss.
Kotkaniemi buyout (from Capfriendly): Total Cost $10,020,000. Total Savings: $20,040,000. Annual Cost: $835,000. Why Dundon wouldn't want to save $20M is beyond me.
I was comfortable at 3-0 and watched a movie with my wife. So glad I didn’t waste my time going to/watching that

You can't really deny that carolina does have a holding a lead issue though.
Carolina like close games, whether they hold a close game against the panthers or blue jackets.
Can carolina perform and are they a good team? Yes. Something needs to be done about them not holding leads though. I didn't have access to the game, but it sounded like a whole team issue for this loss.
Just doesn't seem like carolina is coming at teams with all their effort right now.
I do agree with you though, that I don't think it is so much a roster issue, maybe it's just a morale issue, but as a team if things start going the wrong way they need to fight to keep the lead. A 2-3 carolina would be playing, a 3-2 carolina is much more likely to let a goal in.
Necas and Jarvis have got to stay. Bring in Morrow and resign Chatty. Fast needs to go.
