We are basically not an nhl team compared to what he is used to.

I noticed that a few times yesterday.
On the one hand, it’s disappointing for obvious reasons.
On the other hand, I hope he continues to be vocal and the guys start to listen (the fact he’s close friends with a few of these guys might help) because I think players directing eachother on the ice is 100x more effective than the coaches trying to re-wire every player between games.
Talked to Matty Ellis between periods and he said he’s working on it
