Makes sense, veteran depth for the AHL squad juuuust in case. Sort of like a Thiessen to Forsberg/Korpi, with a little Elvis « I’m not a backup » thrown in for spice.
Would be nice to see another cup. At least some playoff experience and a couple of rounds for the youth, since it’s going to be really fucking difficult to get past Hershey, if you can even get that far.
