  1. I'm hoping for a first round upset guess the Stars could be that dark horse. Was personally hoping for the kings to be the dark horse team to go on a run for Dustin Brown retiring after the playoffs but after the last 2 beat downs from the oilers I remembered more then half of the kings are just Reigns fill ins for injured Kings players so it'll going to be a 5 game series very likely. Kinda hope the Otter goes full stone wall, it'd be fun to watch them go all the way considering the Stars barely made the playoffs.

  2. If the Flames can't solve Oettinger than they have no hope because right now, he is playing well. I know he can't be hot forever. But he can get hot as long as he wants to be hot and how long he can sustain it.

  3. I feel like the islanders and rangers should also be added to that goalie list. Lundquist talbot raanta Georgiev and Shesterkin for the Rangers. Isles had griess lehner varlamov and now sorokin since Lou came here

  4. Oettinger is 6'5" — you guys need to either watch and learn more about the Stars or just stop talking about them. It's annoying how little insight you offer. Steve starts to talk about how much the team has invested in Benn and Seguin, but Adam butts in and we never get to hear what Steve had to say. Steve's topic would have been interesting, as it is a deepening issue on this team right now. What do you do with two veterans taking up $20mil of cap who fail to produce for a couple of years in a row? One of them is your Captain. They both have NMCs. If i'm Jim Nill, I am working on finding a trade partner that Benn might waive his clause for. Seguin could still get back to form, but Jamie has had to change his entire game and Pavs has taken his role on the top line, the tip-ins, and the postgame shows as voice of the team. (Pavs did not intend to do this i'm sure). Jamie sits down to a postgame and has almost nothing to say. One word answers to questions. I suspect he is less happy to be here than he lets on, because getting paid 9.5 million to keep your mouth shut for a few more years ain't a bad gig. NOTE: Not meaning to rag on your show. I enjoy watching it and will continue to do so. Just try to show more respect for Dallas, please.

  5. Dallas can play any kinda game is thrown at then just can’t finish after the 1st line

  6. Dallas be like: "ok team literally all 5 of you just stand in the neutral zone and clog it up doing absolutely nothing until we get a bounce that is lucky"

  7. Why is Calgary allowing Dallas to dictate the play ? Good question! Flames had better figure this out or they are done.

  8. Y'all really didn't touch on why Dallas has the edge as of this writing. It's not just Otter, it's Pavs, Klingberg, Raffl, Benn, and coaching that's gotten them control of this series. Dallas is playing Calgary's game and it's frustrating the Flames. You can tell they've not been challenged like this all season, not to this extent, and that's because of Rick Bowness. He's got the Stars believing they can win if they match the Flames hit for hit. Dallas' defense has stifled Calgary's offense, which no one saw coming. Dallas is a legit threat to the Flames and still people are sleeping on them.

  9. If Calgary doesn’t change their approach , they’ll be done. They need to play the game they played all year. Fast and physical. They got too hyped up for the playoffs (especially Tkachuk) and the skilled guys are getting too involved in the after whistle stuff. The refs are calling offsetting minors , there’s too many 4 on 4’s , power plays , and short handed situations. Specialty teams are on the ice too much , and the 3rd and 4th lines are stapled to the bench. Calgary needs to stay away from the BS , roll four lines and get traffic to the crease … lots of it. If Calgary can roll 4 lines consistently , they’ll beat the Stars 75-80% of the time. Let see how comfortable Oettinger is with Lucic standing in his crease on a regular basis instead of sitting on the bench for long stretches because it’s always 4 on 4 hockey.

  10. I hope Joe Pavelski tips at the restaurants as much as he does in the game… Guy is a monster
