Looks like the Golden Knights screwed themselves! Trading for a guy who isn't playing because he's injured, and may or may not be able to return this season. Vegas already have proven players out, why add more. I'm thinking Vegas traded too much of their talent and chemistry away; Show me I'm wrong Vegas.😢

As a Sharks fan this was a move that should’ve been made years ago. Now all we have left is to hope draft high in the coming draft and hope our prospects develop. And this is all a gamble.
I think the biggest issue here for sharks fans isn't that he was traded, or even what we got as we all know he's 30, has dodgy knees and is in the 2nd year or a big 8 year contract is that it's Vegas. Literally any other team it wouldn't hurt so much and would be easier to wish him all the best. Guessing he had asked to be traded though as he had a NMC.

Not a fan of either team, but trading two 3rds and Hertl (and retaining salary for 6years!) for essentially two early second round picks is an absolute joke.
Either Hertl has a career ending condition that SJ didn't disclose, or Vegas has some solid blackmail on Grier.
