The only thing I want from this season is for MacDermid to destroy Trouba Monday so he never plays hockey again and doesn't even remember his name. FU%& Trouba he started all the injuries this year.

The audio microphone quality seems to be always poor and muted at these Devils press conferences. I was at the game today in Section 21. That bogus first penalty killed the Devils. The Canes clobbered Daws in the crease and the refs did nothing. These refs seem to have it out for the Devils. It is killing the Devils to give up the first goal. Jack had quite a few shots hit the post. Fitzgerald waited too long to fix the Devils problems this season. It is tragic and frustrating. The Devils were right there in the mix with the Canes again this year. The Devils defense we know about. Obviously the Power Play is a mess. Meier should be on PP1. I would like to see Green bench Hughes and/or Nemec for a while and have Santeri Hattaka on the roster.
despite how the game went tonight, there are some positives to be pulled overall. the most important one is absolutely with travis green though. its refreshing to see a coach that doesn't look like he's given up, regardless of whether or not we make the playoffs. the hope he has for this team and the regards he holds them in proves that if we can build up our confidence in the offseason we can absolutely make a run on par with last season.
