Only positive is that the flyers are only sitting at 74 points. It’s entirely possible the Islanders jump into the 3rd metro spot and the flyers fall completely out.
It’s really entirely in their hands. Flyers are collapsing and the red wings are without larkin. They’ve got no one to blame but themselves if they miss.

What’s crazy is we have 3 less losses than Boston with a game in hand, but they have nine more OT losses than us, so they’re in second place.
The Isles have 8 more OT losses than us, with three more losses total.
That’s been our biggest problem is not getting to OT at the very least.

Isles and Caps are both getting hot just in time (7-2-1 in last 10; Isles 6 game win streak). Meanwhile we’re possibly going to be without Cernak with a tough schedule ahead and in a race with teams that all have at least one game in hand on us. Vasy, please finish the season strong. 🙂

LA needs to win so the next game for them won’t be easy. The two after that could be. Detroit also has a relatively easy stretch here coming up. It’s gonna be a tight one I feel.

Still feel good about our chances. Washington’s schedule is brutal, I feel like they’ll fall off. Basically 3/4 of us, Philly, the Isles and Detroit will make it. We have the easiest remaining schedule and the best roster of the 4 teams. Really no excuse not to grab a spot

best case scenario is if flyers and red wings continue to crumble. Islanders are on a huge tear and i dont see toronto is pretty far ahead now.

I am confident the tampa bay lightning will make it to the postseason.
