Need a new GM and D coach. If we’re doing a full ongoing rebuild we should throw those two in as well.
The state of this TEAM is stagnation, ZERO growth.
This new management is done. I don't need years to figure out these things. I know, right away. Bad vision with so much capital.

We don’t need a new GM lol it’s a rebuild and verbeek has drafted Carlson and mintykov among others who will make there way to the nhl. Also Cutter seems like a steal with drysdale always hurt. I’m my opinion he is doing it right and we need to be patient
Thank you, Ducks management, for being so transparent! Having Fan Fest and a Q&A with the GM is fantastic! The other team down the street is the opposite and does none of these things. Can we start having more Friday and Saturday night games next year? These Sunday 5:00 PM starts are depressing.

There seems to be a lot of emphasis on youth, and I mean really young guys. Without veteran leadership from actually skilled, leading vets (not guys like Killorn & Strome), we're just going to end up a farm team for the league. Gudas was a great add and a perfect example of the kind of veteran this team needs. Get a few more of those types of guys and then you'll see success. Its time to open the wallet in the offseason.
