I love Michael Peca, but the LAST thing the Sabres need after a potential 13 year playoff drought it another 1st time Head Coach! We would need to see a Veteran HC and a more hard-nosed one at that.
If the Pens fire Mike Sullivan I could see Pegula bringing him in to replace Granato.

Do what Ottawa did this year when they hired Jaques Martin as an " advisor", hire Lindy Ruff as an advisor this summer . This way if the Sabres get off to a poor start next season , fire Granato and bring in Lindy Ruff as head coach.
Or Fire both Adams & Granato after the season ends and hire Lindy Ruff as GM and then hopefully he brings in a veteran head coach like Gallant or Berube and hopefully Peca as an assitant coach .
Power needs to go see a good strength coach like ex NHLer Gary Roberts this summer. He works out of Oakville and Power as far as i know lives there in the summer with his parents .
can we talk about how annoying offsides reviews are in general one episode? the NHL wants more goals but here they are taking away goals that happen ages after zone entry. why do we even have linesman then? why would they blow any offside play dead? should be a judgement call. 100% don't care if the calls wrong on video review. more goals, less offsides calls plz.
Don't see it, they are not consistent and are not physical enough to get through the playoffs. I know I said this before 10 players contracts are up if more than 3 – 4 players are resigned it will be disappointing

Just think, the Sabres would still be in the playoff conversation today except for 2 words…Anaheim Ducks. 30th out of 32 teams. Sixteen fewer points than Buffalo at this point in the season. Yet…they swept 4 of a possible 4 points from B-Lo. Ugh.
