On the elbow to Siegenthaler it looked like Rempe thought he totally missed the hit and was just going to catch himself on the boards; but he's so dang tall and lanky that he caught the other player with an elbow to the chin. Seemed totally unintentional, but he needs to be more aware to avoid that sort of contact.
As for MacDermid, it was good that Rempe ignored him. Every goon in the league wants to fight Rempe now, he has to only take the ones that matter.

I actually really liked Rempe. But that hit was so unnecessarily dirty. It wasn’t even a hard body check, just a straight elbow to the chin, and on top of that, dude ran away from a fight the whole game. Guy is an absolute coward.
