    Rempe's chicken winging is the exact reason I keep saying Trouba needs a 41-game suspension. Where do you think the new kid learned it from? BUT, since this is the first time I've seen this guy throw one, I'll say three games should be enough for him…this time.

    Rempe needs to understand he's a giant on skates. He can play hard but needs to be responsable. When you go in for a normal check at that size, you will more often than not be at the shoulder, neck or head level of another player. Basically every hit is dangerous and can be a check to the head.
    If he keeps doing stuff like this, he'll get suspended more and more, and rightfully so. If you keep knocking players out of the game, the league is worse off for it.
    Especially when you don't want to answer the bell afterwards…

    One or two games you gotta be kidding me. Every fkn game with this big goof. Bunting got 3 games in the playoffs for a little shoulder.

    as a ranger fan, i'm not happy with laviolette or Rempe, there is a way to play, and this is not it. i'd rather be out of the playoffs then cringe everytime i see rempe out on the ice

    Didn't get to watch the Caps game but it sounds like they didn't even put up much of a fight…their schedule ahead seems very very daunting, I don't see a way they can make a push into the playoffs:/

    So tired of the 3 point games, honestly, Bruins have the lowest win percentage of the top 11 teams in the league, and yet they sit at third in the overall league standings… It's just an illusion.😂

    Rempe hit was bad, this was also game 1 of 5 in 7 days. Fighting McDermott when we have car tomorrow tampa and then the isles and pitt. It was the right move to perseve his hands. Now he'll probably be suspended so that will also preserve his hands. Eh, he's 21, he's a puppy, he'll learn #nyr

    Devils are a disgrace. No effort, no guts, no fight. I don't think anyone on that roster should be untouchable. They haven't earned that. This might be the most overhyped, overrated core of players I've ever seen in my life.

    I'm loving this Rangers rookie Rempe or Remke. Elbowing multiple players to the head in the same game and a huge coward. I can't wait for him to answer the bell. Ring ring baby!

    Cannot expect Boston to win every game, 5 games in 7 days, who's the moron who came up with this schedule? Yes it affects all teams but I dont remember the schedule looking like this. It used to be SAT, MON and THU. Am I missing something?

    ⁠​⁠Speaking on Rempe. Key thing is people are already forgetting Rempe is a rookie and has only played a few weeks of games. Although that is no excuse for dirty hits, it’s something to keep in mind. He’s excited to be in the nhl and isn’t afraid to show what he has to offer: size. He isn’t afraid to be tough and a strong unit. it comes down to a matter of him controlling himself and learning proper ways/when it’s acceptable to hit when he’s a larger player. We can tell he’s been told off for his behaviors like fighting. fighting and causing/sustaining injuries so often is not ideal. With so many players wanting to fight him now, he could be injured too often. I think the coach sees he has a lot to offer and constantly being injured or having penalties isn’t going to work in the future. People have hyped him up way too much and have too many expectations for him already.

    I was at the Bruins game last night, lower bowl 26 rows up. It was clear from the outset that the Bruins didn't have any desire to bring full energy, bad puck management and little fore checking. The Blues clearly wanted it more. And the no goal on the offsides…..to me, even as a Bruins fan, it looked offsides live to my eyes. I wasn't surprised it came off the board, despite the great effort by 55. My only disappointment was the client I was hosting was experiencing his first ever hockey game. I found myself apologizing for making him sit through such a lack luster effort. Too many of these efforts since the All Star break.
