So we have 3 guys in the top 15 for scoring including our captain as well as one of the best goalies in the league. And they chose the guy who’s only played 16 games for the Canucks (last season) and currently in the KHL.

This feels symbolic of what I dislike about the centralized sports network in Canada. The most popular teams (Leafs, Oilers) get the focus and less popular teams (Canucks, Jets) are an afterthought or completely forgotten.
