This is why I think player suspensions should start at a minimum a minimum amount of games, but don’t end until the injured player returns. Those concussion effects are going to last a lot longer then Rempes suspension
DOPS should adopt a Hammurabi approach to sussys, you’re out for as long as they guy you injured is.
Still pissed Marchand was featured by the league at the all Star game a few years back just a day or two before he got suspended after he delivered a flying elbow to Johansson’s head.
Not entirely their fault on this, but does the medical staff need a shake up too? Throwing out injured players, rushing them back, constant injuries all year…. are they not getting proper conditioning or something?

* Fourth line should be Foote/Lazar/Mac. He’s listed as being able to cover LW/LD/RD, but surely RD means he should be able to cover RW too, right? Just get Tierney out of the damn lineup lol

If only we had beat them in the playoffs last season….smh. People are right in the other threads about needling to win to get the upper hand to end this all and any semblance of establishing any physicality or pushback is an antiquated thing of the past and getting a certain player from Colorado is all that was needed and it didn’t work, so that’s that.

Maybe a wild take here, but i think if a guy intentionally head hunts and the player is concussed, that player should be suspended for as long as the player is out with concussion.
