I 100% agree with Boyle. A suspension was warranted (2 to 3 games), but the waving was unnecessary.

Rempe… have we had a villain like this since Avery? That wave Boyle spoke of was a villain's wave. Imagine when he gets mad.
The wave reminded me of years ago when Troy Crowder – then of the Devils did that. I didn't like then as an 18-year-old. I didn't think Rempe would get 4 games. I thought 2-3 games. This will all work itself out next time the teams meet. Hopefully, the coaches will try and teach him a bit of maturity and when to drop them and when not to.
The bigger issue to my mind – and Mollie mentioned this – is the inconsistency that Bettman and Company continue to employ as relates to disciplinary issues. I think Bettman has become so comfortable and so arrogant that he makes the game more about him than he does about the players. I can have this discussion all day.

Rempe got two for the elbow and two for being a Ranger.
I agree with Brian 100%, when I saw the Rempe hit (live & replays) it looked to me like he was just bracing himself to hit the wall, not to elbow anyone. He should have been suspended either way intentional or not you're responsible for what happens, but the hit never looked intentional.
Larry and Boyle are great and informative .Can we mute molly and the never ending school girl giggling …. Her and Ronald McDonald Kaplan can have their own show that no one will listen to.

Brian took power skating in the summer when a Ranger. Matt would benefit from that, and if he just turns his shoulder in and uses his frame he's going to knock a lot of guys off the puck. If he works on tip drills he can be a pest on the 2nd unit P.P. as well. I'm bias but 2 games would have enuf. If you f it up again ..then you get 5. Seems more fair because there's no injury on the play. 🏒❤️🍸

but there was anticipation, Matt martin challenged him, desaulters, reavo , challenged him especially martin who congratulated him at that end of their fight, is it because he was not a big prospect? right now in his 1st 10 games you can queston it but he has made the biggest impact of the whole rebuild ?? Matt cooke running MCD , NO MORE , and If this 21 yr old monster from western Canada can be this unbelievable godsend that this vanilla franchise deserves than so be it !

Fox is playing well because his injury has or is healing. Injuries ….always a huge factor; Its going to be interesting to see how Trouba comes back and how injured he really is and how much healing time HE'll. need. Very important.
