2 more seasons on mullett arena contract, but it will be minimum 3 years before anything will be ready to go, no road access into site currently , no groundwater rights currently , no infrastructure of any kind currently , but the bid is official at least , competition may come from taiwan mfgr. companies already building in the valley ,,and other foreign investors . by law the auction will be open to bidders for 10 weeks , approx. closing date = 5/23/24 ,thanks for being the first to update !

Thanks for the video, @996TheHowl! I watched the meeting live when it took place. Very happy to see it was an unanimous decision to approve the application. What is driving me crazy is that the naysayers are that desperate to find a loophole in the Coyotes plans with their latest claim that somehow the land will somehow flood out the arena and whatever else the team wants to build there. Let us hope that everything goes smoothly with acquiring the land then finally build the arena once and for all.
