J’ai envoyé mon 3ème authentique à Stitches car ce sous recommande massivement leur travail. 3 semaines plus tard, voici ce que j’ai reçu en retour. 😒

Did you get the jersey heat pressed or stitched? That looks heat pressed, and no matter who does it heat pressing is shitty quality. Stitches, as their name suggests, is extremely good at stitching.

I can tell you of the 20-30 jerseys I’ve sent in to Eric, this was probably just an oversight.

You could’ve just simply emailed him and left it at that. You didn’t have to write a post. He’s the Team’s official customizer, so he has alot of clout and reputation with his craft. For the amount of people that have gotten work done by him, you’re the first person to ever post something negative. I’d highly reccomend you delete this post.

Somebody did something they werent supposed to. Ive never seen them heat press a jersey without that being the customers request. Im sure theyll make good

I emailed Eric at Stitches as soon as I opened the jersey and he replied in less than 20-min to apologize, let me know they’ll make it right (covering shipping + fast turnaround). Apparently nameplates are heat-pressed, *THEN* supposed to be stitched on after the pressing. They missed that final step.

So while issues can happen, it’s good to know he’s quick to reply and wants to do things right.

    Edit: grammar / clarification.

They probably just forgot to sew it on. They are always heat pressed first with small amoung of glue so the operators can stitch and it does not move. Source: I do work for keener and other NHL teams.Going to be doing some customer work on LI.
