  1. Genuine (horrible) question. Would it be possible to switch Broberg in for Kulak or Ceci, if he can get his game going we’d have a bigger, stronger, and faster D man. Big if and probably a horrid idea but that Ceci Kulak like seems like a weak point.

  2. Complete embarrassment of a loss.
A shootout loss would have been acceptable.
Cheating for offense and allowing a goal with 1.5 seconds left isn't.

  3. This was a shocker for us 0.5 sec. We should have won and prevented OT. We had numerous chances in OT. Ugggh still stunned by the loss.

  4. Great game- but come-on Kris – have some balls and tell the players what the issue was– Bouch had a perfect oppty to end the game w a hit on McKin… instead he decided to coast around… giving him a complete open play to the front of net… And it appeared that Drais also coasted on his check the final 10' — both preferring to coast/relax and hope for the best vs compete/check & have the grit to get the win. These 2 guys can fix this – but it is up to them. No team can win w 1 or 2 that prefer to relax vs fight hard and ensure they win checks. If coach doesn't have the balls to address this – others will also decide it is ok to coast and relax…. & margin is too tight – to have some coasters – that is the margin of LOSS !
Shame 2 guys just not willing to put fwd the effort to win.

  5. I was questioning why RNH on the breakaway in OT didn’t fake and then go around the net either pass or shoot it. He could have scored. I also find it strange that McDAVID could not beat ALEXANDER GEORGEIV …he was able to go through 4 ny ranger defenseman and score on him when he played with the RANGERS. GEORGEIV isn’t that great.

  6. Watch AVs coach Bednars post game. Says great things about the other team, a lot of compliments to the players. Bednar is a class act as is the AVs franchise. This guy says a goal that was kicked illegally he calls it a goal not allowed. Avs D was all over the ice. Oilers got out skated, out shot, and out smarted in OT. AVs for the win.

  7. It's fair to say the Avs love playing the Oilers. The Oilers keep giving the Avs what they want. Run and gun hockey. Great game by the Oil, but the Avs always seem to skate a few extra strides, always work a few seconds harder than the Oilers. That's all it took for the Avs to skate away with 2 points. This is Knoblauch's first look at the Avs against his team. I hope he studies this game, makes some tactical adjustments and gets ready for game 2.

  8. Go Oilers🇨🇦 Go.Make a win over final boss- Colorado Avalanche next time as Avalanche is final boss on Apr 19th.

  9. That’s was very close. 😢 well get it next time.. just a little reminder that on playoff .. we don’t get any more one point..

  10. Why the hell didn't he use Foegle in OT? You put out Henrique??? Also Leon was gassed!! Stop riding him like a horse. Terrible line management from Knobs today.

  11. goal in the last second of overtime? Show this goal to lazy Leon MANY times😜 The team must play all 60 minutes and ALL the time in OT😝

for this game McDavid has ( – 2 ), Draisaitl ( – 3 )😝= NOT GOOD performance by top players of Oilers !🤑

  12. Kris, way too many giveaways and missed nets tonight! Bouchard was the biggest culprit for both. Second period sleepies yet again.

  13. It was a great game, well played and entertaining. Oiler's have have nothing to say, it was a learning session with lots to learn. Got to remember we are gearing up for the play-offs . Keep up the good work
