I think the Leafs could get bounced in the first round. This team clicks far too infrequently. Team chemistry, team effort… getting this team to jive shift after shift is a HUGE disadvantage. Ice the corpses and zombies.

Two things to note. I) That penalty call against the Leaf's so late in the game was atrocious,2) Poor coaching. You do not put Nylander out to defend on 5 against 6 so late in the game.
Penalty kill is embarrassing. Trade everybody. Fire the rest.
ideally Crosby in Colorado or Edmonton with either MacKinnon or McDavid. that would great duos matter what. but with the cap of Crosby. how much would either team have to give up to get him
JT and Nylander on the ice for the tying goal, unreal.
Robertson is just undersized. Leafs have too many soft forwards already. Next season they will be in a real bind with Matthews and Nylanders raise. This team is in cap hell till JT and Marner come off the books.
