It’s scary how much I like this team.

  2. ButtsCarlton97

    I hope Bednar tries

    27-29-13

    62-37-96

In playoffs someone is gonna sell out to shut down the top line and he’s gonna be forced to split 29/96 anyway

I like this so much. I just wonder, where does Kovalenko fit in? They already said he’s not coming to the U.S. to sit on the bench.

That fourth line is soooo much better than what we had before the TDL

  5. SomeDudeinCO3

It says a lot that to us, « healthy » means we’re still missing our captain, backup goalie, and LOC.

Our defense is absolutely ridiculous. Our top 2 lines are absolutely ridiculous. Our bottom 6 work harder than anyone else’s. This is a stupid good team.

  7. Xarkkal

Shoutout to Johnson for being a rock on the bottom pair this year.

  8. jerrybear95

Do we think this team has the same « waste of 8 days » energy we did in 22?

  9. jayuhl14

Love this lineup. I wonder where kovalenko slots in

  10. GeneralButterfly4394

    Imagine when those two rerun!

  11. vimproved

This team is nuts. How many teams can roll 4 lines like this and also have the best top line on earth?

  12. anemic_royaltea

Trenin is headed straight toward us, everybody watch out

  13. u_n_p_s_s_g_c

Such a well balanced team post-deadline.

Top 6 and Defense are well-rounded and anchored by elite players with championship pedigree. Bottom 6 is miserable to play against even without LOC. Special teams got an injection of elite PK guys.

Suddenly this team looks built for the playoffs. Man I love our front office

  14. dzogchenism

That is one hell of a lineup. They can win a cup imo.

  15. MrGuyOnABuffalo

Why would you taunt the hockey Gods like this……

  16. Kadaththeninja_

Geez this team REALLY needed a second line Center

  17. rambling-mc

It’s wild to have Lehky on the 2nd line when he’s given us how many game winners? Mittelstadt is a beast and Drouin might be the most valuable player based on what we’re paying him.

  18. Odd_Philosopher1712

The options bednar has on that top 6 is absolutely hellacious.

I think Mikko-Mitts might be a secret weapon with how they could complement each other. Obviously drouin and lehky can eat first line minutes as well, and putting mittlestadt up with Mack-Rants-makar-toews is a great way to push for goals if you’re down in the last minutes.

Trenin and duhaime even playing fine with Mitts gives me shivers. And parise being able to play anywhere?

Blendnar is having wet dreams every night

    YIKES

Nikolai Kovalenko is a wild card, too. He’s on his way here shortly. He could factor into all of this as well.

  20. Lillehammered

Add Kovalenko and Landy. We’ll be scratching guys that would be 3rd liners for other contenders…..

  21. BuriedAliveAgain

Kovalenko? Even without him. This looks like a Stanley cup lineup IMO. Reminds me of how deep we were for the 22 run. All the new guys have fit so well! It’s gonna be exciting to watch either way.
