If the taxes in Canada and certain states is such a huge issue, the NHL should do something to minimize that problem. Perhaps higher caps in higher taxed locations? Or an after tax cap level?

With the exception of Craig Anderson, the Sens had bad luck with their goalies. Talbot, Elliot and Gustavsson had breakout years with their new teams the year after they played for the Sens. The team will need to look at the defensive system and their coaching staff.
I like to see is Juuse Saros as a trade Target for the Ottawa Senators, Good Age, way better save percentage, if Nashville retain his value by 2 mill ,they could throw in Senators Goalie rookie, they have plenty of them
