Markstrom deal for Kings would not be good. Bruins' deal is a good deal for both, but it might be revisited in the off season. Dubois has been playing very well in the second half and much more physical and involved. He's looked good.

To make a good run at the cup you have to have a goalie on a hot streak. The Kings have a 50 50 chance of that happening with the goalie's they have. Kings have shown this year that they can beat any team, home or away. If they hit the playoffs running on all cylinders they could have a good run.
The weather in California is some of the best so i don’t understand why people not want to go to LA. We have a good fanbase here
Markstrom wanted to go to NJ but either Flames ownership wanted more out of the deal, or it was on NJs part. Im glad they didnt tho, Devils do not need to rush a cup with a 34 yr old goalie while giving up on Holtz. I hate how Fitzy ripped Holtz but went MIA on Luke and Mercer struggling just as much as Holtz
Ullmark for the Hart he saved the Bruins can't believe they would have traded Ullmark for Providence Bruins reinforcements. Dubois would die with the effort and accountability Bruins players are held to
California isn't a place people want to live anymore. High taxes, decaying infrastructure, increasing lawlessness, stores closing and businesses leaving the state. There's been a huge exodus of population from the State ever since Covid.
Markstrom just doesn't want to miss playing golf after the regular season, that's all.
LA is a major dump. It's also filled with rich people who are not good. Plus the taxes.
As a Kings fan i would have liked the Ullmark trade better cuz it gets rid of PLD. Sure hes been playing better recently but i dont like the new contract, too expensive for too long. If it was 6mill or 6.5mill it would have been a bit better
Ullmark and Markstrom both would not fit into the LA roster timeline, if LA wants to be a contending team they need a consistent top 10 goaltender. The Kings are better off waiting till the summer to try to get an elite goaltender like Saros.
Thank god Bruins didn’t get PLD. He’s not worth it unless draft picks are going our way too.
Markstrom is a family man. You can't blame him for doing what he thinks is best for himself and his family.
These deals are simply not true lmao. Their goalie numbers are really good this year. Goalie problem is a question for the offseason when we got a lot of cap coming off the books

Not a fan of either team, but adding Ullmark and getting rid of PLD in the same trade would have felt like quite the home run for LA. With the term and AAV, it feels almost guaranteed that PLD’s deal will become negative value at some point. I honestly already thought that the Kings would have had to pay to get off of him.
