Quietly another really nice game from Vasy. Starting to stack good performances together. Nothing super flashy, but making the saves we need him to make which is exactly what this team needs from him. Really encouraging because that’s the key to this teams playoff success.
5 in a row. Thank god the team showed up in the third. Playing Vasy to guarantee the two points ended up being a good decision, especially when they were under pressure in the second.
That 2nd period had me worried that we were becoming the NHL’s Kentucky😅

Good game all around. The forecheck/backcheck never let up. The key men got in the game when it mattered. Duke and Dumba have been immense. Awesome seeing Lilleberg back in the lineup.

I would like to cast my vote for mvp for Nikita Kucherov, winger from the Tampa bay Lightning.
Earlier this year…hell earlier this month…I didn’t think they could beat many teams in a best of 7 games. Now…well now I think they can go up against anyone and win a series. Getting hot at the right time. Sharks commentators were super complementary to TBL and especially 86 & 88.

It was pretty nice the announcers acknowledge Coop about how he has not won Coach of the Year .. longest tennure, B2B Cups, even they seemed dumbfounded by ALL his success and noted games in playoffs should coumt for that since those games get tougher than regular season .. Just glad someone else noticed how bad he has been shafted by the league.
