Brutal efforts
Those last two games were abysmal. Bowness needs to come back 😅 also seeing Vilardi back in the line-up couldn't hurt. They left their gusto at MSG 🤷🏼
Pionk was absolutely awful against the Islanders. He needs to sit out.
These were pathetic performances. They take the shine off the win against the Rangers. The effort continues to not be consistent game by game. And it would be one thing had they lost close games, playing the right way. But they're not even in these games. They either win games, or they get blown out in losses. All but two of their losses since the start of the new year have been by 2 or more goals. That's not good enough. If this team is supposed to be a contender, bring the effort every game and fight. If they can't bring their effort in back-to-back games against two desperate teams, how are they going to fair in a playoff series, where every game is important.
It's amazing how Jets fans reach for the panic button. Certain players were liabilities sure, but using the term "zero effort" is complete bullshit. The Jets have been a team that can beat any team AND could lose to any team all season. We're going to the playoffs.. We'll take it from there.
It’s a mindset. Why is it different than it was 5 months ago. They need to rally together sit a room and figure it out. There’s more talent than there was a the beginning of the year but the mentality changed. Focus focus focus.

The jets were not playing well but i do think they can turn around. In my opinion, i dont think there is a need to panic. I still believe in this team and once they get back to Winnipeg Jet hockey, we'll be fine!✈✈✈
our record since the all star break is 13 – 9 , we still have the 2nd half of the season curse on us. 4 games above .500 is not going to get you anywhere, especially with the special teams being to crappy. were going out in 4 or 5 games again
I was at the game this afternoon, and it was horrific for us JETS fans in Long Island. They were so flat, could not exit the defensive zone cleanly, let alone enter the offensive zone. Let's see if they turn it around. GO JETS GO!

That late surge at the end of the game means nothing, they do it every game in the 3rd period. Jets are consistent at one thing! They always try to win with 20 mins of play!

I think you’re panicking way too quick here, watch us win the next 5 or so, saying we’re flailing is insane considering we won 3 in a row prior to losing just 2 in a row. I get it we have a high expectation for this team as well as a big expectation to win our division but the fact that we’re in this position is a damn blessing. Let’s just hope our trade deadline additions lock in and start adjusting to our system as well let’s hope vilardi comes back soon
