Sure we missed out on playoffs this year, but this team is giving full effort almost every game and the hockey is entertaining. Our young guys are looking good and we traded everyone who didn't want to be here. Now we have a new arena coming, Conroy has gotten us some draft capital to gain some new talent (by trade or draft), and we have dudes like Miromanov who actually want to be here.
I moved to Calgary from Toronto 2 years ago. The first winter my car got stuck against a curb because there was a small incline and the road was pure ice. I got out of the car to try to figure out my options and this guy showed up to offer to push. Literally 10 secs later a 2nd guy showed up to push and we were unstuck in 1 minute. I knew I had arrived. Calgary = the cowboy way!!! This guy will fit right in! I love how happy he was to actually extend his contract. 🗽🔥🗽
