I’m so tired of hearing good things about Crosby. It needs to stop. I’m a lifelong Flyers fan and hating Sidney Crosby is a passion of mine. I enjoy hating Crosby. I want no reason to lessen my vitriol concerning Sid. I would like to be able to hate Sid completely and eternally. My daughter, 27 yrs old and former hockey player, has always reminded me just how skilled and good looking Sid is.
See my daughter is an Aves fan, like my wife. We live in Montana so the Aves are like the local team. Me, I’m originally from Minnesota so naturally I’m a Flyers fan.
That being said, I’ve watched nearly all of Nate’s games, and I’ve been speaking to anyone with ears about Nate’s skills and ability. It’s great to see him push himself like he has been these last few years. Great, quiet player and absolutely worthy of being held in high esteem by hockey fans. I know if a Flyer fan was allowed to like a player that doesn’t wear the orange-black-and-white sweater, Nate might be that cat. Just like I almost liked Teemu Selanne back in the day.
