This Red Wings squad is just not a playoff team, and won’t be for a long time. Lost points to bottom feeders, and barely beat other bottom feeders. Husso blowing too many games at the start of the year, poor coaching, non-existent defence and building a team around a 2nd-line centre killed them.

I love the spirit that the Red Wings are showing. But I think next year will be better. If we make the playoffs we probably won't make it far. I see in the comments that Landry is not the coach that will lead our Wings to the playoffs and some Stanley Cups 🙏. I am dying as a Wings fan!! It's bad enough that the lions coaches decisions during the conference finals had already ripped my heart out.💔

Lindgren has lost a few times and gotten blown out, but in the games he has won he has the best SV% and GSAA in the entire NHL (compared to all other goalies in their wins, to be clear)
