He can't handle this team. And those rentals who totally gave up, at least for the last 3 weeks, should be benched and let go ASAP. This is disgusting and appalling to watch. With the exception of Kane, Debrincat, and Raymond (not Larkin since he gets hurt every 6 weeks or so), I'd rather see the Grand Rapids Griffins roster fill in for the Wings the rest of the season. Not even sure if some of these rentals can play at the Midget level. This is pathetic…..

I don’t understand the loyalty to Petry either but we dealt with 7 years of Blashill and Lalonde has done very well with this team (considering) in two years. He deserves another year.
If Yzerman fires him I’ll trust that but Idk i didn’t expect playoffs this year and I honestly don’t even want it either how soft this team is when they’re on their heels.
PS I’d like to think Lalonde played Petry that much as a punishment but maybe it’s wishful thinking

Wings have played the best when the D jump into the play with the forwards and one forward covers them doing so. Seider and others are clearly capable of jumping into the offensive zone with the puck. Get back to that please 🙏
